I have had the privilege of sharing my life with quite a variety of animals – dogs, horses, birds, reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, rats, fish and many more. So after years of working in the corporate world, I decided to make the career change to work exclusively with animals, specifically grooming. I have apprenticed under different Master Groomers, and received my Professional Groomer Certification through the Animal Behavioral College.
I enjoy getting to know the personality of each pet and try to make the experience of his or her groom as pleasant as possible. Understanding each pet’s specific needs for proper maintenance of their skin and coat is important to help the pet look and feel their best. When grooming, I try to help show off the pet’s best features; maybe they have beautiful eyes that need to sparkle through, or a gorgeous tail that needs to stand out when they wag it, or a coat that is healthy and shines when the light catches it just right. Breed specific and custom cuts are my specialty and I work with each client to be sure that preferences are honored. If adding a touch of whim is on your mind, please feel free to make requests…it is always fun and your pet loves the extra attention. I love what I do and enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients and their pets.

A limited number of dogs are scheduled each day to ensure that your dog receives the BEST in quality and personalized care. My goal is to create a calm, pleasant, nurturing, relaxing and fun environment that is less stressful for your dog. My clients know that I don’t rush to complete a job as my goal is to build a relationship with each dog and make sure the overall experience with me and the grooming is not only enjoyable for the dog, but also of the highest quality work. All grooms are completed by me inside the comfort of your home.

My in home grooming service is great for all dogs, but especially helps dogs with special needs such as health issues that limits their exposure to certain environments or other dogs. Also, dogs that have anxiety or are easily stressed from loud environments or dogs that don’t like car rides.

I take great care in your dogs well-being, and will discuss with you any concerns seen during grooming such as bumps, rashes, skin irritations or any other issue which may become apparent during the process. Once the groom is complete, you and your dog will be feeling happy and stress free.
